In times of stress, whether it is from divorce or other things, it is vital that we have ways to empowerment and well-being. We tend to put ourselves last most of the time, when the truth is, we need to put ourselves first and foremost, especially during periods of upheaval and uncertainty.
I talk a lot about counting your blessings on this site. The reason why is that this is a key factor in maintaining well-being. It reminds us that life is not that bad, and things could be worse.
I have put together a list of 40 ways to empowerment and well-being. Practice them, it won’t take much time, and then let me know if they have made you feel like your back on the right path in life.
